Refund Policy

Our service seems different, unusual, perhaps even too good to be true.

You’ll love our offerings and find it to be a huge value for you and your business, or you can get a refund.

However, it's all about fit. That's why we want to make sure we work well together. With that in mind, we have a 15-day money back guarantee.

To qualify for a refund, you must have:

  • Provided us with clear direction during the design process and,
  • Provided feedback to your designer during the design process.

*This shall be evidenced by way of written communications

So you can cancel anytime and apply for refund either entirely or of the "difference amount" subject to points 1, 2 ,3 and 4 below:

  1. If you decide we are not a fit, simply cancel your subscription within the first 15 days (starting from your sign up date) and you will be refunded the entire amount.
  2. Note: The "difference amount" is the amount of subscription credit-in-days* in your account that has not been used/approved/delivered against. **Note: Credit-in-days is the amount of money credit charged per day, based on your subscription plan.
  3. We may refuse a refund request if, in our sole discretion, we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable. Promotions, upgrades, and adjustments to existing plans are non-refundable.
  4. All deliverables corresponding to the refunded amount will remain un-delivered, that is to say that Verb expressly reserves all  rights over such materials and deliverables apart from "Customer Content".
