The main difference between the two plans is the speed of your account.

Base plan allows you to receive guaranteed deliverables with tooling for to track your requests, deliverables and subscriptions.

Pro plans allow you to achieve double the requests on average and offers more customization and control over your output with a real-time designer, video-calls, and same day turnaround. It also comes with some added features such as asset storage (upto 2GB) and workspace integrations.

A deliverable is a single unit item defining what we deliver to a client when a request delivery has been approved. The following are considered to be a list of such assets.

Graphic design - logo, social media post, illustration, ad design, clothing graphics, flyer, brochure, email graphics, packaging & label, promo item graphics, landing page, portfolio design, brand guides, GIFs, infographics, etc.

UI design - web page, mobile screen, web-app design, portal page, dashboard page, component & its states, typograpy, style guides, landing page, product page, etc.

UX design - UI design, responsive design, wireframe, system information chart, user flow chart, user story, UX spec, user research, design framework, prototype flow, etc.

Pro and Base plans will always have at least ONE designer assigned to provide daily design output. Custom plans may have MORE THAN ONE designers assigned to boost the output.

You do! All of our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you. We’ll send them in JPG, PNG, or PDF formats — whatever you prefer! Even better: We’ll also send you the Adobe source files.

On average, Base users receive the first draft or next revision in 24 hrs to 48 hrs at max.

Pro users benefit from real-time communication and faster turnaround times with anywhere from 15 min to 1 hr of delay in communication, feedback, during your work hours, including same-day draft delivery whenever possible.

The complexity of your request and/or the number of active requests currently in your queue may affect delivery times.

There are 2 types of complex requests:

Multiple request types - when your request contains multiple types of services combined into one request.

Multiple source file types - when your request contains multiple types of source file deliverable combined into one request.

It simply means we don’t charge you hourly or per job. You’re billed a flat monthly rate regardless of how many design requests you submit.

Create as many requests as you want and we’ll assign the best available designers to get started right away. We work on requests in parallel, which means if we are waiting on a review from you, we will move on to the next request in your pipeline.

An Asset is a folder containing information and assets for anyone or anything that you need designs for regularly. Create an Asset for your design framework or for your clients,products. Upload brand assets for your or your client brands. Keep all your design systems at hand.

With Verrrb you never have to worry about hourly billing or unexpected charges. When we promise “Unlimited” we do mean it. The Base plan has a 24 to 48 hr max wait-time and the Pro plan gives you a real-time resource with 24 hr turn-arounds, meaning you can communicate with them during your work hours.

Depending on your plan you can communicate with them directly on our tooling, through Slack and on video-calls.

Once we figure out your exact requirements from our on-demand design subscription, we roll it up into a water-tight plan with reliable guarantees on deliverables.
